One job, start to finish

A job is born the moment it is offered. From there, Orvikon carries it all the way to the invoice — here's what each step feels like.

  1. Offer

The builder creates a job under a project and broadcasts it to the trades they choose — preferred companies, everyone eligible in the area, or a staggered release.

  2. Accept

The first trade to accept wins the job. It moves straight to accepted, and everyone else sees it is taken.

Accept, schedule, submit & invoice →
  3. Schedule

The trade books a day that works for them. The builder can see it coming without chasing anyone.

  4. Submit

When the work is done, the trade sends photos and notes — the proof of completion, captured on site.

  5. Approve

The builder reviews the submitted work and either approves it or sends it back for rework.

    Track & approve work →
  6. Invoice

Once approved, the trade raises the invoice. No money moves through Orvikon — it creates the invoice in your own accounting system.
