Orvikon — User Guide

Short, task-based walkthroughs for getting real work done in Orvikon. Each guide follows one job from start to finish, in the order you’d actually do it.

Pick the task you’re trying to do:

• Create your first project — set up a build, drop it on the map, and add your plans. (Web)
• Offer a job to your trades — create a job under a project and send it out to the trades you want. (Web)
• Accept, schedule, submit & invoice — the whole trade side: take a job, book a day, send photos when it’s done, and raise your invoice. (App, with a web note for subcontracting)
• Track & approve work — see what needs your attention, review completed work, and approve it or send it back. (Web)
• Keep an eye on a project — watch a whole build across all its jobs. (Web)

Every guide ends the same way, because it’s the fastest way to reach us: if you get stuck, use the in-app feedback button.

• On the web: click the Help and feedback icon in the top bar, then Send feedback.
